THE ROLE
SchoolKit is seeking independent contractors who have experience with high-quality curriculum resources to serve as Instructional Coaches and Training Facilitators to support our partnerships with K-12 schools, districts, and states. THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME ROLE AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF ANY HOURS WORKED. Collaborators are part of a pool that we may contact for potential work

EXPERIENCE
For the roles described above, experience teaching or leading the implementation of HQIM is required. Coaches and facilitators also must be willing to travel to deliver in-person coaching sessions and training as needed.

- Instructional Coaches will provide remote and onsite coaching to district and school leaders who are in the process of implementing high quality instructional materials ("HQIM"). They will use SchoolKit’s tools and approach to help leaders deepen their content and curriculum knowledge and instructional leadership skills (leading instructional planning, conducting observations and providing feedback, and responding to student data) to strengthen instruction in their buildings.
- Training Facilitators will facilitate full- and half-day trainings (remote and onsite) for teachers and leaders that are focused on HQIM.
