THE ROLE
SchoolKit is seeking an Operations Support contractor to support our Operations Team with a variety of workstreams, primarily related to our systems for finance and billing, as well as our systems for travel logistics. This is a remote 1099 contractor role with variable hours depending on availability. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Tracking services and collecting corresponding documentation so that we can bill clients correctly on complicated projects.
- Creating logistical plans for SchoolKit’s onsite trainings, and supporting our trainers to book travel and lodging.
- Solving problems and creating systems that promote efficiency and accuracy in achieving the goals above.
An ideal applicant is highly organized, detail-oriented and is proficient in using Google Suite applications. They have a proven ability to organize, prioritize, track, and manage workflow from multiple streams concurrently and have 3+ years of work experience in an operational, financial, or data role
This position is offered at $50/hour.
