THE ROLE
SchoolKit is seeking independent contractors in Tennessee who have experience with high-quality curriculum resources to serve as Training Facilitators to support our partnerships with 6-12 schools and districts. Training Facilitators will facilitate full- and half-day secondary math training (remote and onsite) for teachers and leaders that are focused on content and grade-level specific best practices for instruction in specific content areas. These trainings will focus on high-quality instructional materials so that participants/teachers have the tools they need to deliver rigorous instruction to all students. Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 5 years teaching in specific content areas/grade level bands of focus, and prior experience delivering content-specific training to other educators.


EXPERIENCE
For the roles described above, experience teaching or leading the implementation of HQIM is required. Facilitators also must be live and be willing to travel within Tennessee to deliver in-person coaching sessions and training as needed.
